The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience all the more pleasant. However, I did think the breakfast options could have had a bit more variety to better cater to different preferences.

The breakfast was great with lots of variety, the room was clean and had a cozy feel, and I really appreciated the great water pressure in the shower. I'd definitely choose this place again!

During my stay, I found the room and bathroom to be exactly like the pictures posted online, and I appreciated that the hotel is near beautiful nearby parks like Ty Warner Park and Hidden Lake Forest Preserve which made my weekend strolls memorable. as a single traveler, the hotel met my basic needs with clean amenities and friendly staff, but I did notice that the breakfast options could use a bit more variety.

I loved the clean & comfy atmosphere—felt like home! The breakfast had fresh pastries and REAL orange juice. Only downside was some noise from nearby rooms. 😊

Pleasant and Clean

I stayed here for 2 nights after the power went out at home. The place was super clean, which I really appreciated! The staff were nice and brought me extra towels right away. The air conditioning and cable worked well. Just wished the snack bar had more options. Overall, it was a solid stay.
